Return Process

  Quality Assessment

  Our technical team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the product to verify the condition and ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address; please ensure the item is packed in its original brand box with all accessories and manuals included.

  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final inspection, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement unit.
